Chinaplas 2008, Shangai

RUTIL and its partner Tien Kang will attend the next edition of Chinaplas 2008.

The show, now at its 22nd edition, will be held at from April 17th to April 20th in Shangai.

Rutil/Tien Kang will be located at booth E5 C01.

Among the news that will be presented, the new horizontal injection moulding machine for Rubber RSOX 200 FIFO and C-Frame of Corner Jet series in version for plastic and rubber.

RUTIL TPE & RUBBER Open House from 09.06.08 to 13.06.08

From June 09th 2008 to June 13th 2008 will be held RUTIL TPE & RUBBER Open House in order to show the last developments achieved in Rubber Extrusion sector, corners molding, various pump applications and special machines with practical demos of the new co-extrusion line and complementary accessories.

During the Open House visitors could attend to demonstrative Demos in the mornings, and technical seminary with eventual participation and conferences of partners in the afternoons.

AP Plas Rubber Industry Exhibition in Shangai

 

AP Plas, 10th International Rubber and Plastic Industry Exhibition will be held in Shangai starting November 29th to December 2nd, 2007.

RUTIL will be present at the Exhibition in conjunction with our partner TIEN KANG at Pad.168, Hall E2, following to the Technological Alliance developed during 2007 and announced officially at the last K show. 

During the exhibition it has been presented to the public the first RUTIL Corner Jet machine, utilizing RUTIL technology and fully manufactured in China by TIEN KANG. The press is just one of the classic RUTIL series, allowing us to offer our technology also on the asian markets.

C-frame Corner Jet is just one of RUTIL's series scheduled to be manufactured also in Asia.

Compression molding automation

The first system in the world for loading a pre-measured material in the mold for the compression molding. The Technoloading system loads the material in the mold in an optimal and repetitive way and can be applied in various configurations.

The system can be pre-installed on a new RUTIL compression press as well as retrofitted on an existing machine, already equipped with a shuttling platen to allow enough space for the system to be installed.

Technoloader can be both used to load continous strip of rubber, for example to mold large gaskets, or else be equipped with a special cutting equipment to load preforms.

The system is then ideal for both o-rings or gaskets when very sophisticated rubber forces the use of compression molding.

Technoloader can also be applied at the center of the upper fixed platen of the press to feed cold or hot transfer pot.

Technoloader can be considered, among the others, for compression molding of the following articles: large gaskets, o-rings and thoric gaskets, oil seal gaskets and metal rubber, windshield wiper blades, car and big motor vehicles mats, non injectable materials molding, metal rubber multi-coat molding, rubber plates for shoes, gaskets for engines and oil pan gaskets.
